📋 Description

• Map creative workflows end-to-end from briefing to measurement
• Identify bottlenecks and automate opportunities
• Diagnose friction in approval, handoff, tooling, governance
• Design future-state workflows balancing AI and human oversight
• Embed within client teams to redesign and ship workflows in real time

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in creative tech, content ops, production eng, or AI
• Proven track record shipping production-ready solutions with measurable outcomes
• Experience with DAM systems, CMS, content APIs, PM tools
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, workflow automation
• Ability to produce proofs of concept driving adoption
