🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of production software engineering experience (full-stack or platform); you're a strong
• Strong command of TypeScript/JavaScript (React/Next.js) and at least one backend language (Python
• Engineering instincts that favor shipping: default to the smallest working solution, add
• Thrives in high-ownership, fast-moving environments: energized by ambiguity, can context-switch
