Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Own assigned workstreams end-to-end, from discovery to delivery.
• Embed directly with client organizations, solving complex problems in real environments.
• Build production-quality software, AI solutions, automations, and workflows in client codebases.
• Participate in architecture discussions, stakeholder interviews, and rapid prototyping.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, IT, and business teams across audiences.
• Work with emerging AI technologies and contribute reusable patterns to the practice.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering or related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, AWS Bedrock) and prompt architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud-native tech, containerization, and backend systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with ambiguity and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver solutions with minimal daily supervision and manage priorities.
