Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead AI agent pilots & implementations in real customer environments.
• Understand and map GTM workflows with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Customize AI behavior for customer use cases with prompts and data integrations.
• Develop reusable deployment patterns and collateral to scale deployments.
• Act as product and field liaison; relay feedback and roadmap to customers.
• Train & enable customer teams with training, documentation, and support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation/deployment roles.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering.
• Experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, data pipelines, or CRMs.
• Strong understanding of sales workflows: prospecting, discovery, pipeline management.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear deployment plans.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Product, Eng, and GTM.
