Forward Deployed Engineer - EMEA

📋 Description

• Build at the customer site; write production-ready agents and data pipelines.
• Work in unfamiliar territory, fast; adapt to new codebases and environments.
• Own the technical deliverable; design, build, and hand off cleanly.
• Be the Redpanda technical voice with the customer’s engineers.
• Drive toward exit from day one; document and train their team.
• Feed learnings back to Product and Engineering clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering depth; production software, pipelines, APIs, or agent systems.
• Agent and integration experience; building agents and LLm integrations.
• Operate in any environment; read unfamiliar code and extend it.
• Customer-facing communication; partner with engineering teams.
• Shipped at a customer site or deployment context.
• Bonus: forward-deployed experience; streaming data systems; regulated industries.
