Act as the technical bridge between OUR CLIENT and customers to deliver AI-system outcomes from day
Work with customer teams to understand workflows and define success in production
Configure and extend AI systems to accelerate time-to-value in real environments
Operate as an engineer in the field: builder, problem-solver, and trusted technical advisor
Contribute to Product Engineering by turning field insights into scalable improvements

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals with ability to ship production-grade systems
Experience working with customers (field engineering, consulting, or solutions roles)
Comfort moving between high-level problems and hands-on debugging
Experience with APIs, cloud, frontend/backend development; AI in production (nice to have)
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages welcome
Extreme ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity
