Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), Healthcare - NYC

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end deployments of AI systems inside healthcare organizations.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture, implementation, evaluation, and handoff.
• Collaborate with customer teams and internal partners to translate workflows into production
• Design production AI applications that integrate with healthcare data and systems.
• Ensure safeguards for PHI, HIPAA, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Define evaluations and launch criteria to meet customer-specific benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software/ML/solutions engineering or comparable roles.
• Hands-on, senior-level deployment ownership in ambiguous environments.
• Healthcare domain experience (payer/provider/EHR interoperability) is highly valued.
• Experience with Epic, HL7, FHIR, EHR systems, and health data workflows.
• Ability to work in a regulated enterprise and drive production deployments.
• Strong judgment on AI evaluation, privacy, governance, and reliability.
