Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), Healthcare - Seattle

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end deployments of production AI systems in healthcare orgs.
• Lead discovery, architecture, implementation, evaluation, productionization, handoff.
• Translate complex workflows, data, infra, and regulatory constraints into production solutions.
• Collaborate with customer teams and internal partners to drive adoption and product improvements.
• Hybrid work model with relocation assistance; travel up to 50%.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software/ML/AI engineering, solutions engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience as senior engineer/tech lead or deployment owner in ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on with end-to-end deployment of complex systems.
• Healthcare domain exposure: payer/provider workflows, EHR/interoperability (Epic, HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with healthcare tech like Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH, HL7, FHIR, health
• Ability to work across regulated environments with security, privacy, governance considerations.
