Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), Healthcare - SF

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end deployments of production AI systems in healthcare organizations
• Lead technical discovery, architecture, implementation, evaluation, and handoff
• Collaborate with customer engineers, operators, and domain experts
• Design production AI applications integrating with EHR, claims systems, and APIs
• Ensure safeguards for PHI, HIPAA, privacy, security, and governance
• Define evaluations and launch criteria with customer-specific thresholds

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software/ML/solutions engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with complex customer-facing deployments
• Healthcare domain exposure: payer/provider workflows, EHR, interoperability
• Familiarity with Epic, HL7, FHIR, and health information exchanges
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and own technical decisions
