📋 Description

• Embed with law firms and legal teams to understand workflows and prove value.
• Build full-stack systems delivering customer value and accelerate learning.
• Embed with customer teams and guide adoption of what you build.
• Balance scope, speed, and quality; adjust plans to protect delivery.
• Contribute directly in code when needed.
• Codify patterns into tools, playbooks, building blocks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, ML engineering, or deployment with customer-facing ownership in
• Experience with legal tech, compliance-heavy workflows, or professional services is helpful but not
• End-to-end ownership of AI/data-driven systems in high-stakes environments.
• Production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks.
• Experience deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
• Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, product, risk, compliance, and exec teams.
