Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), Legal-SF

📋 Description

• Embed with law firms and legal teams to understand workflows and identify high-value opportunities.
• Build full-stack systems delivering customer value and accelerate learning.
• Guide adoption of what you build with customer teams.
• Balance scope, speed, and quality; adjust plans to protect delivery.
• Contribute directly in code when needed.
• Codify patterns into tools, playbooks, and building blocks for reuse.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or technical deployment with customer-facing
• Experience with legal tech or compliance-heavy workflows is helpful but not required.
• End-to-end ownership of AI or data-driven systems in production contexts with financial/regulatory
• Production-grade coding in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent stacks.
• Experience deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models; understanding model behavior
• Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, product, risk, compliance, and execs.
