Build and ship solutions, integrations, tooling, or prompts
Design, develop, maintain prod-scale integrations with customer systems
Spend regular time on site with customer teams
Monitor, debug, and optimize production deployments in challenging audio environments
Collaborate with research/product to push the platform forward
Test changes against live data to measure accuracy, latency, throughput

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors or Masters in CS/Engineering or equivalent
Hands-on experience building/deploying production backend systems
Experience with cloud infra and API design
Proactive problem-solver who cares about impact
Strong customer-facing craft: relationship building, reading the room, acting on insights
Experience with audio/voice interfaces is a plus
