Forward Deployed Engineer - Ireland

📋 Description

• Own onboarding for enterprise customers: EMR, SSO, SCIM, data pipelines, security.
• Design and build custom clinical workflows with stakeholders; write code, not just specs.
• Escalation point for complex issues; diagnose, coordinate, and close the loop with customers.
• Build tooling and automation to speed deployments and scale.
• Translate field insights into actionable signals for Product/Engineering.
• Document and train to enable customer independence.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in forward deploy/implementation or customer-facing tech roles.
• Proficient coding: Python, JavaScript, SQL.
• REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM; FHIR/HL7 a plus.
• Own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end-to-end.
• Strong communicator; explain complex integrations to CTOs and clinicians.
• Experience with enterprise health systems is a plus.
