Customer-facing role deploying and sustaining Hivemind products in real environments
Bridge field deployment, operations, troubleshooting, training, and sustainment
Travel-intensive: ~50% travel, domestic/international trips
Collaborate with customers and internal teams for installation, validation, and support

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Robotics, Aerospace, or related field
5+ years in field engineering, deployments, systems integration, or similar
Strong software/automation background; proficient in C++ and Python
Proficient in Bash, Linux, and embedded systems troubleshooting
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills
Willingness to travel 50%+ and operate under field/time pressure
