📋 Description

• Serve as a senior technical expert and advisor for strategic, complex customers
• Architect solutions, optimize performance, and drive business value on Cloudflare's platform
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap
• Onsite engagement with customers to translate needs into practical solutions
• Stay current with industry trends and provide forward-thinking guidance

🎯 Requirements

• In depth experience in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Architect or Technical Account
• Extensive knowledge of Cloudflare’s App and Security portfolio (DNS, WAF, DDoS, Bot Management, CDN)
• Hands-on experience protecting and securing web apps, APIs, and services using WAF, DDoS, DNS, Bot
• Proven ability to work with Cloudflare products in Enterprise accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong consultative skills with ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions
