Forward Deployed Engineer - UK

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers: EMR, SSO, SCIM.
• Design custom workflows with clinicians and operations; write code.
• Be escalation point for complex issues; diagnose across the stack.
• Build tooling and automation to speed deployments and scale.
• Translate field feedback into actionable signals for Product/Engineering.
• Document, train, and enable customers to operate independently.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in forward deploy/implementation or customer-facing tech role.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL.
• REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM; FHIR/HL7 is a plus.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems end-to-end.
• Clear communicator; explain tech to CTOs and clinicians.
• Experience with enterprise customers or health systems.
