• Must-haves: Strong engineering background with experience in full-stack/backend and production
• Integration-building expertise: custom nodes, extending integrations, working with APIs and data
• Product-minded technical execution and customer-facing confidence.
• Solution design skills and strong technical judgment.
• Willingness to travel ~50-60% for on-site engagements, primarily across Europe.
