📋 Description

• Map investment workflows and identify AI insertion points across sourcing, screening, underwriting
• Embed with client teams to document end-to-end processes and adoption criteria.
• Build AI into workflows using 9fin's toolkit and integrations.
• Drive adoption with named users and client champions; monitor usage and reduce churn signals.
• Feedback field intelligence to product/engineering and GTM for roadmap inputs.
• Spot expansion opportunities within served accounts for new users or uses.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of practitioner experience in asset management, credit funds, or insurers.
• Fluency across end-to-end investment workflows: credit portfolio management, private credit, CLOs
• Strong communicator with analysts, PMs, heads of research, and CIOs.
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset; able to translate field learnings into actions.
• Experience with AI/tools in credit investing and workflow transformation.
