📋 Description

• Lead in a Forward Deployed Experience Pod to redefine how AI integrates with client businesses
• Collaborate with clients to understand real workflows and translate them into durable AI outcomes
• Work alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer and Experience Designer to deploy AI-driven solutions
• Define success metrics with executive sponsors and measure impact on business results
• Coordinate with Valtech leadership and client sponsors to unblock issues in real time
• Govern, secure, and monitor AI results from day one with human-in-the-loop safeguards

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Product Manager with proven delivery of production software in a digital/consulting setting
• T-shaped with strong product focus and practical engineering/UX experience
• Experience reading system architecture and challenging technical choices
• Strong ability to prototype interactions (e.g., in Figma) and discuss technical trade-offs
• Expertise in agile practices and advisory capabilities
