Forward Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Design data integrations using APIs, batch ingestion, ETL workflows, and data transformation.
• Analyze complex datasets to create mappings and workflows for fraud/compliance use cases.
• Develop fraud/AML detection strategies translating requirements into rules and investigations.
• Configure case management workflows for investigations and reporting.
• Deploy AI-powered solutions with phased rollouts and human-in-the-loop approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Forward Deployed/Implementation/Solutions Engineering or similar technical
• Background with SaaS/data platforms or complex technical products.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, ETL/data pipelines, SQL, and relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Ability to analyze, transform, and reconcile complex customer data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for integrations/automation/tools.
• Experience translating unclear business requirements into scalable solutions.
