Forward Deployment Engineer — Azure AI

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding of projects to Azure AI platform per runbooks and best practices
• Support onboarding, production launch, and early ops with clients
• Configure Terraform modules, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines per project needs
• Deploy and support ML workloads across Azure environments
• Identify deployment challenges and provide feedback to Platform Engineering
• Improve onboarding docs, patterns, and runbooks with security/ governance in mind

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in cloud/platform/DevOps/solutions engineering or related fields
• Strong hands-on Azure experience with Well-Architected Framework and Azure AI services
• Terraform, IaC, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Good ML deployment understanding and model lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
• English proficiency; experience with Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Kubernetes/AKS
