Forward Deployment Engineer — Azure AI

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding of projects onto Azure AI platform per deployment runbooks.
• Support requestors and client teams during onboarding, production, and early lifecycle.
• Configure Terraform modules, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines for project needs.
• Deploy and support ML workloads; manage lifecycle across Azure.
• Identify deployment bottlenecks; provide feedback to Platform Eng.
• Improve onboarding docs and runbooks; ensure security/compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in cloud/platform engineering, DevOps, or related field.
• Strong Azure expertise including Well-Architected Framework and Azure AI.
• Proven Terraform, IaC, and CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.
• Understanding of ML deployment and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt, client-facing skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
