Forward Deployment Engineer — Azure AI

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding of projects onto the Azure AI platform following deployment frameworks and runbooks
• Support requestors and client teams through onboarding, production launch, and early lifecycle
• Configure Terraform modules, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines for project needs
• Deploy and support ML workloads; assist with lifecycle management across Azure
• Identify deployment challenges and provide feedback to Platform Engineering
• Improve onboarding docs, reusable patterns, and runbooks while ensuring security and governance

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in cloud/platform engineering, DevOps, or related field
• Strong hands-on Azure expertise, including Azure Well-Architected Framework and Azure AI services
• Experience with Terraform, IaC, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)
• Understanding of ML deployment processes and model lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
• English proficiency required
