• Strong hands-on technical ability across APIs, integrations, data mappings
• End-to-end ownership from discovery to production
• Customer-facing problem solving with enterprise stakeholders
• Product-minded engineering judgment and systems thinking
• High agency, comfort with ambiguity
• 4+ years in software/forward deployed engineering or similar
