Founding AI Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end deployments from discovery to expansion.
• Analyze customer workflows to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Build production-grade multi-turn AI agent workflows.
• Develop integrations with CRM, healthcare, ticketing, and APIs.
• Implement guardrails for PII, HIPAA, PCI and client requirements.
• Design observability frameworks to monitor agent performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or professional experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing technical experience in forward-deployed engineering or solutions
• Strong software engineering with Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining production APIs and customer-facing systems.
• Hands-on with LLMs in production, including RAG, agent orchestration, and prompts.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and travel 20–30% within the US and potentially
