🎯 Requirements

8+ years building consumer-facing tech products
Proven delivery of at least one 0-to-1 platform
Track record shipping products at scale (100K+ users)
Strong backend background: distributed systems, real-time data, API design
Experience designing production-grade systems with high reliability
Comfortable across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Strong written and verbal comms: architecture docs, strategy, roadmap
