• Founding CTO owns the tech org, architecture, and engineering culture.
• Define system architecture and standards for a scalable platform.
• Lead end-to-end from initial architecture to team build-out and strategy.
• Translate product vision into scalable systems for partners, brands, regions.
• Own backend, mobile/web apps, tokenised rewards, and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building consumer-facing tech products.
• Proven experience delivering a 0-to-1 platform.
• Shipping and operating products at scale (100K+ users).
• Strong backend background: distributed systems, real-time data, API design.
• Production-grade systems with high reliability; cross-functional frontend/backend/infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; architecture docs and roadmaps.
