📋 Description

• Own the technical foundation of an AI-powered creative intelligence platform.
• Build scalable data pipelines across performance data, sales, and engagement data from multiple
• Develop LLM-powered workflows for analysing, tagging, and understanding large volumes of creative
• Design semantic search and discovery for natural language querying of insights.
• Connect content performance, creator history, advertising results, and creative patterns into a
• Build creator-performance matching to guide content and campaign decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production-grade, data-heavy apps using Python, Django, PostgreSQL.
• Strong SQL expertise with advanced queries and data modelling.
• Experience designing asynchronous data pipelines with Celery, Redis, etc.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs in production, including prompts and cost optimisation.
• Familiar with AI-native development workflows and agentic coding tools.
• Experience integrating complex third-party APIs with auth, rate limits, and inconsistent data.
