You think in systems and interaction patterns, not individual screens
You have strong product and design judgement
You care about craft, but know when speed and pragmatism matter more than polish
You’re comfortable designing while the product itself is still being defined, rather than working
You can form clear opinions and adapt them when the evidence changes
