🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building scalable, testable web/mobile apps.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and technical decision-making.
• Experience building or leading high-quality engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership mindset and autonomy with product alignment.
• Experience with Django and React is highly desirable; React Native a plus; Solidity/ Ethereum
