• Lead development of a web application and blockchain-based infrastructure
• Make engineering decisions aligned with product roadmap and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building scalable, testable, high-quality web/mobile apps
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and technical decision-making
• Experience building or leading high-quality engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ownership mindset and autonomous work style with alignment to product goals
• Experience with Django and React is highly desirable; React Native a plus; Solidity/ Ethereum
