Define engineering standards, architecture patterns, and system design principles.
Collaborate with founder on technical roadmap and product direction.
Ensure systems are robust, observable, and capable of global scaling.

🎯 Requirements

Tech Lead / Staff Engineer with hands-on ownership of design and execution.
Strong hands-on experience building payment backend/infrastructure systems.
Deep understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture.
Ability to operate independently in zero-to-one environments; comfortable with partial APAC overlap.
Strong English communication skills.
Nice to Have: Exposure to Web3, stablecoins, or blockchain-based payments.
