🎯 Requirements

Minimum qualifications: first/only GTM person, 0-to-1 mindset, early-stage startup experience.
Built a sales motion, not just operated one.
Comfort selling to founders/operators at small companies; high volume, quick decisions.
Self-starter who can book meetings and move quickly with scrappy execution.
Preferred: fintech sales, CRM management, AI-driven outbounding.
