• Designing and building ML/LLM solution for data ingestion, retrieval, and reasoning.

• Collaborating with engineering and JetBrains Research on roadmap.
• Defining hiring criteria and growing the ML team.

🎯 Requirements

• ML/AI Lead with 5+ years in ML/AI; 2+ years in LLMs.
• Deep understanding of the LLM ecosystem: architectures and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM pipelines, evaluation.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangSmith, or smolagents.
• Vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
• Deploying LLM apps via APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) or open-source models; Python/Kotlin a plus; English.
