📋 Description

• Own GTM hiring end to end
• Be outside. Build proactive relationships and networks of talent
• Identify and close talent. Understand who the right people for Knit are and get them excited about
• Build Knit's reputation as the place ambitious GTM people go next
• Partner closely with sales leadership as a trusted advisor; assess candidates yourself
• Ensure everyone has a great experience with Knit, whether or not they join
