FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Support budgeting, forecasts, and management reporting deliverables
• Partner with Accounting for monthly close, variance and accrual analysis
• Track and analyze web P&L; identify profitability opportunities
• Build weekly/monthly dashboards for revenue metrics
• Evaluate paid channel performance with Digital Marketing
• Assess financial impact of investments with digital/tech/product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in finance-related roles; e-commerce/retail/apparel a plus
• Strong analytical skills; ability to summarize large data sets
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Adaptable to shifting priorities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau a plus

• Base salary range: $75,000-$90,000 per year
