FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• FP&A Analyst in Mexico City, hybrid (Tue/Wed/Thu in Reforma office).
• Part of FP&A Center of Excellence to deliver standardized financial support globally.
• Executes headcount planning, expense budgeting, data integrity, and automation for product
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and automation.
• Supports monthly close, variance analysis, and reconciliations per SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years FP&A, controllership, or financial analysis experience; CoE/shared services a plus.
• Experience with headcount/BvA processes desirable; multinational experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot, data models).
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite; Power BI and Snowflake desirable.
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
