FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as finance business partner to People and G&A functions
• Maintain headcount models and workforce forecasts with People Team
• Lead monthly cost reporting with variance analysis
• Track and report capital expenditure for allocated functions
• Support annual budget and forecasting processes
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or final stage of qualification
• Experience building integrated financial models
• Excellent communication to explain numbers to non-financial stakeholders
• Proactive, curious with ability to challenge assumptions
• Proficient in Google Workspace
