FP&A - Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Deliver FP&A change across Global MI, focusing on TM1 and finance reporting needs.
• Gather requirements, map processes, plan changes, train users, and document changes per framework.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SVS Business Architect to drive internal evolution.
• Coordinate testing, risk tracking, and adherence to quality standards during projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record delivering finance change with measurable benefits.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business relationship skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and MI/change delivery; TM1 familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with data/tools: Python, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Cloud/BI tools.
• Qualified project analysis or finance/tools designation is a plus.
