FP&A Finance Manager, G&A Corporate Functions

📋 Description

• Own Close, Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Mgmt across G&A.
• Drive strategic financial modeling across P&L, OPEX, allocations.
• Drive automation and scalability with SQL, Snowflake, Python, AI.
• Lead expense management and budgeting cycles.
• Enable cross-functional decisions with BUs, Procurement, and Corporate Finance.
• Lead FP&A operations; standardized processes and a remote analyst team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• FP&A experience in planning, investments, or cost management.
• Experience with FP&A systems (Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite) and Excel.
• Collaborative leadership; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Based in Prague; in-office role at Prague office.
