Own Close, Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Management of Facilities P&L.
Build and maintain CapEx, lease accounting, rent, CAM, and OpEx models.
Automate and scale FP&A using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI.
Lead expense and capital strategy; disciplined spend tracking.
Partner with Facilities, Accounting, Procurement, and Corporate Finance on leasing and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

Strong analytical and communication skills; translate data into insights.
FP&A experience in business-facing finance roles supporting planning and cost management.
Systems proficiency: Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite; advanced Excel; data tools a plus.
Collaborative leadership: manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
Location: Prague office; in-office work required.
