FP&A International Sales Finance Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead with analytics to support international sales performance.
• Provide business insights from data to inform go-to-market decisions.
• Own reporting, forecasting, and financial models to scale finance processes.
• Support procurement and expense management for EMEA and APJ.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to drive strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years FP&A experience; dashboards, DB programming, predictive analytics a plus.
• Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and data-driven reporting automation.
• Strong systems: Tableau, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite, Callidus, etc.
• Self-starter, able to work independently in fast-paced env.
• Attention to detail; translate data into exec-level views.
• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; CIMA study a plus.
