FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning: budget, 4+8 and 8+4 rolling forecasts, 5-year plan
• Consolidate inputs from all units for board-ready view
• Partner with channel leads and dept heads on drivers of numbers
• Turn balance sheet movements into plain language insights
• Manage multi-currency planning for a global business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A or finance business partnering
• Experience building budgets, forecasts and long-range plans
• Fluent with enterprise FP&A tools (Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Adaptive Insights)
• Strong Excel modelling; capable of sanity-checking others’ models
• Ability to present P&L and balance sheet analysis to senior stakeholders
• Experience partnering with non-finance leaders to drive action
