FP&A Manager, CPBU and PE Finance

📋 Description

• Lead financial strategy for CPBU and Product Engineering Finance.
• Own cost governance across OpEx and CapEx investments.
• Partner with R&D, Product Engineering, and senior finance leadership.
• Develop scalable financial models and automate analytics workflows.
• Deliver performance insights to protect and grow margins.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years FP&A experience, with R&D or engineering exposure.
• Advanced financial modeling and presentation skills (Excel/Sheets).
• Hands-on with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and AI-driven automations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Deep knowledge of accounting, capex tracking, month-end close.
