FP&A Manager, Facial, Allergan Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Lead Annual Plan, Periodic Forecast and Long-Range Plan for Facial and S&OP portfolio.
• Run monthly S&OP with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Ops.
• Consolidate demand, supply, inventory into an integrated plan.
• Analyze forecast trends, gaps, risks; recommend actions.
• Prepare S&OP dashboards and exec summaries; drive consensus.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain planning data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/accounting preferred.
• MBA or CPA considered a great asset.
• 7+ years FP&A experience; pharma exposure a plus.
• Experience in finance operations, cash flow, business partnering; Financial Controlling.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of financial systems (SAP S4, BPC, TM1, Hyperion, Power BI).
