FP&A Manager, Facial, Allergan Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Lead Annual Plan, Periodic Forecast, Long-Range Plan for Facial/S&OP
• Manage monthly S&OP across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance
• Consolidate demand, supply, inventory, capacity into an integrated plan
• Analyze forecast trends, gaps, risks; propose actions
• Prepare and present S&OP dashboards and exec summaries
• Drive cross-functional meetings and consensus on plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance/accounting preferred
• 7+ years FP&A experience; pharma a plus
• Strong financial acumen and planning capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with SAP S4, BPC, TM1, Hyperion, Power BI
