FP&A Manager / Senior FP&A Analyst (Hiring at Either Level) | Fully Remote US

📋 Description

• Lead expense variance analysis and close package for select departments
• Own P&L expense-side forecasting with FP&A and Accounting teams
• Partner on monthly/quarterly headcount and expense planning
• Maintain weekly headcount reconciliations with relevant teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA a plus
• 3-5 years in finance/accounting (preferably FP&A)
• Adaptive Insights or equivalent experience
• Experience with SaaS, international exposure preferred
• Strong understanding of expense-side financial statements
• Excellent Excel and modeling skills for ad hoc requests
