📋 Description

• Lead recruitment: Full-cycle hiring for client roles with inclusive experiences.
• Co-build people systems: Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, processes.
• Manage HR strategy: Advise on hiring roadmaps, culture design, team dynamics.
• Execute day-to-day HR tasks: Onboarding, employee relations, policy updates.
• Coach leaders: Support founders and managers as people leaders.
• Advising on people operations: Compensation frameworks, performance systems.
