Fraud Intelligence Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a small, high-leverage team of Fraud Intelligence Analysts (and eventually a Staff Researcher)
• Be a player-coach, hiring and coaching while handling casework and SEV response when needed
• Represent the Fraud Intelligence team in product and model roadmap discussions
• Bridge investigation outcomes to product and model improvements
• Own coverage allocation and staff time across pods with flexible assignments
• Provide live fraud investigations, reconstruction, and actionable insights from complex signals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of applied fraud experience in a high-velocity environment
• Investigator mindset: pattern synthesis, hypothesis testing, triage
• End-to-end investigation experience across accounts, devices, and identities
• Strong communication to explain complex behavior to technical and non-technical audiences
• SQL for deep data querying and exploratory analysis
• Python for scripting and rapid prototyping
