📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and upskill fraud analysts
• Manage daily team ops: scheduling, PTO, and actions
• Ensure fair work allocation within agent capacity
• Monitor system and agent metrics; drive quality improvements
• QA to ensure compliance with laws and internal policy
• Escalate complex cases and nebulous scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a lead/supervisory role, preferably at a top US bank
• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets formulas and functions
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Familiar with automation concepts including AI technologies
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with autonomy
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-backed problem solving
